朱古力草莓 Dark Chocolate Coated Strawberries

明天是情人節,還在為找不到特別的情人節禮物而煩惱嗎? 不論是送給男仕、女仕或摯愛親人,如果是由你親手做的禮物,相信他們收到都一定會很高興的。 我在這裡送上這款 “Strawberry with Dark Chocolate Dip”,它有一個涵意就是”情人之吻”! 我祝願大家都有一個被愛圍繞的情人節。

準備時間: 15分鐘

材料:        

黑朱古力 70%  (Dark chocolate 70%) 100g    

草莓 (Strawberries) 250g

做法:   

  1. 將草莓洗淨,輕輕用廚紙抹乾水份,放雪櫃備用。             
  2. 朱古力隔水或採用微波爐加熱至溶化,溫度約呈30度。
  3. 將草莓沾上朱古力,放於non-stick baking paper上,待朱古力凝固即成。

Preparation: 15 minutes

Ingredients:        

Dark chocolate 70% 100g    

Strawberries 250g

Method:  

  1. Strawberries cleaned and pat dry, store in fridge.            
  2. Gently melt dark chocolate over hot water to 30°C, this can be done with a microwave.
  3. Partially dip the strawberries in the melted chocolate then set aside on a non-stick baking paper to dry and allow to set.
